There is a chance that you will get an error message when trying to open it, or you may be prompted for a password that doesn't exist (only KJ98 had the password "KJ98" on it until recently).
One reason might be that you are not using an up-to-date PDF reader. Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.

This usually solves the problem, but another reason might be to do with your browser and its firewall, in which case please try switching browser.
