When I check my order status it is still marked as "processing." What does this mean?

We regret that we have a rather simple e-commerce programme that does not allow us to let customers know the time of dispatch.

We usually dispatch packages within 5 days of an order being made, and ask customers wait six weeks before following up with us due to severe delays caused by the Covid crisis and lack of flights out of Japan. Thank you for your understanding.
