Which countries do you ship to?

Kyoto Journal ships mostly from Japan, and sometimes from within the USA to USA-based customers which is subject to stock availability.

Due to the pandemic, Japan Post imposed a ban on international airmail to 150+ countries in April 2020, which has partially lifted.

As of 27 November 2020, from Japan, we CAN ship to:

USA (finally!)

Australia (finally!)

Most of Europe and Asia
Canada
New Zealand

We CANNOT ship to Ireland and the countries as per this chart. We are hoping this will lift shortly.

We also don't ship to South America and Africa due to the problems we have encountered with their respective postal services and relatively high cost to ship. Please e-mail us if you would like us to get a quote for EMS.
